Error on First Bill!

I've just received my very first bill from Plusnet - I was expecting it to be £6 for the Anytime call package -as I paid my line rental saver - but it's over £24!!!!!! What is the £16.99 anytime charge?? i am really worried now

Leave this with me and I'll make sure it's active on your account moving forward and also ensure the £16.99 line rental charge is refunded once the current payment clears.
