Every time I've logged into the plusnet account site I've been unable to make changes because of this error:
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
It's been like this for months. Any ideas what the issue might be?
It's a well known issue unfortunately.
Hopefully a staff member will pop in and fix it.
