Error message

Hi,

I've got an error message on my account that says I can`t make changes to my account as a change is in progress.

Can you look into this and rectify please? On the forum it just says "Fix done" for other users but doesn`t say what to do so I assume that Plusnet has to sort it.

I can't fix this error as easily as most of the rest, because from what I can see you're getting this error as your upgrade to fibre extra from last year never actually completed. I've progressed this onto Openreach now and the order should go through before midnight on the 17th. Check back on the 18th and let us know if there are further issues. Smiley
