Good morning
My contract expires later this month and I tried to renew on the website with an offer that was emailed to me. However, I received the following email message:
"An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."
I tried to renew over ten days ago and this message has not changed since then.
Do you know why this has happened?
