Error message - failed billing

Moving house next week and staying temporary with relatives. Arranged to move to new contract once date is known.

Logging onto internet via google website and keep getting an error message - Error - the account has no invoice in failed billing. Cannot see any issue on account. Please advise? As do not want broadband cut off before agreed date.

Don't know why you posted in the ADSL thread initially; you need to contact PN via CHAT which is currently showing as available.

Sorry to hear you're seeing this error message when trying to browse

Can you turn your router off for 65 minutes then back on, letting us know if that fixes the problem?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
