I need my landline number to be removed from my old account (10 years ago) before I can sign up for a new account. Currently there is an error message showing saying I already have broadband.
Is someone able to help? I can provide my number through DM.

Give our Sales Team a ring - I've just had a word with one of them and he said its pretty straight forward to do.

I've done a bit of digging into this one, and we've removed your landline number from your old account (Found it from your forum profile).
You should be able to sign-up online now without any issues. Let us know how it goes.
