Erroneous house move

Hi

 

I received an e-mail from plusnet saying, "another service provider has told us that you're moving your broadband and phone service away from Plusnet." However the isn't the case I have no plans to move house or cancel my contract. Can't get through to customer services by phone at the moment, can anyone help with this?

Any chance of an answer to this before my service is cut off and i'm charged an exit fee?
