As per the subject heading, this page was working fine around 7-9 hours ago.
But sumfink really looks odd.
I've read others can't gain access to the member centre (thus their account), is the above another known recent issue?

They are Fixing the Billing
Fortunately or unfortunately (depends on how you look at it) mine wasn't broken....
Working for me, @DS , but I had to click 'billing' a second time.
I guess the double click isn't normal for you?
Thanks both for replying
Still a blank page here, even after multiple clicks
Though something else is different, if I log in, try to view, log back out, wait for the browser to do that 5 second diverting to home page thingymebob, close the tab, do other things, go back to the member centre I'm already logged in (without the log in welcome page). The only fix for this log in issue is to delete cookies etc, but I never had to do this before.
It did this weird not logging out thing only yesterday for the first time on Firefox 66.0.5 and does the same for Firefox 67.0, so doubt it's a browser issue, more of a stray/altered cookie
edit. I have confirmation I logged out:
(just checked, log out but I'm not - until clearing etc. Hmm, what's changed?)

@DS The 'double click' is a regular(ish) thing for me, but I only discovered it's effectiveness by accident, now it is second nature if the page doesn't fully load initially.

A double click isn't a regular thing here. It used to load up the first time I clicked on the tab. There might be a few seconds delay (with the bit blank as per the image), but it would always show the page.
It's a great tip btw, just weird how it isn't working here....
Thanks again for replying

If anyone from Plusnet sees this thread, I could with some help here..... please.
I doubt this is causing this, but the account link at the top of these forums is:
https://www.plus.net/index_nlp.html
Which redirects to:
https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login
Then after click the login button, it rightly goes to:
https://www.plus.net/member-centre/home
And the billing tab, which is:
https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=mybillsandpayments&?membermenu=billsandpayments
But as I've mentioned, this page is nice and white with no text showing
Hang on a minute, was about to post, but did this.
I clicked this view bills, which has the following URL:
https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=view_transactions&s=0
Which loaded the page
And now clicking the billing tab now works too.
Is it a case of too many URL's for the same destination?
Could these redirects be causing the issues where others can't login...?

Thus far, when clicking on the billing tab (at the top) the page is blank for around 5 seconds and then the details are there.
This is a much better than the last few days.
So what changed?
(as nothing here has)

It's still not right
When clicking the billing tab, the page does load, but it's now taking longer than 5 seconds to show the details, rather than my normal max of 5 seconds. As some of URL might be unique here's the beginning:
https://iac.plus.net/prgatewayweb/PRPCGateway
Why is it doing this?

And now neither of the links work to view the bill.
It's gone back to a white page with white writing!!
I give up

Hi @DS,
Please accept my apologies for the issue in accessing your billing tab and for the delay in getting back in touch.
Could you clear the cookies and cache again, try accessing the billing tab and once you have finished looking at what you require, log out using the log out button rather than closing the browser and allow the 5 seconds to be redirected to the log in page.
Upon logging back in you should still be able to access the billing tab. We are aware of an issue where if the 5 seconds logout time doesn't expire and the browser is closed, once it is reopened you come to a blank page on the billing tab. This is being investigated and there is an open incident.
Thank you.

No worries
Though I was starting to feel a little unloved
(though some might say, ignore that man, he's a nutter)

I've tried, multiple times. It worked earlier, then not, then works, then not. Currently it's stuck on not.
I always log out too.
I also always let the 5 sec page load, so I know I've logged out.

Nope, not working here at this present time. The billing tab or the view my bill shows zilch (shame that can't be said about the bill)
Edit. Re-read the bit above. I did have the issue the other day when logging out, seeing the confirmation during the 5 second 'countdown' and then logging back in took right into the member centre, without seeing the login screen.
I've even tried copying the billing URL, deleting cache etc, shutting the browser, running CCleaner, opening the browser, clicking on my 'saved' link, still shows a blank page.
Thank you.
Thanks for replying
If nothing here is changing, why's it a yo-yo atm?

Ooh, this ain't looking good either.
Closed browser, ran CCleaner, opened browser.
I can honestly say this is a new one on me:
Were any of you's in the account checking stuff?
Who's my system admin?
Will my laptop implode?
Did I break it?
Did you break it?

Hi @DS
I'm sorry to hear the steps you've taken have not been able to resolve the issues with the billing tab. There currently isn't a known issue for this so we will need to investigate this further to determine whether this is specific to your account or part of a larger issue. The individuals I need to speak with are not in the business until the 28th May, therefore please leave this with me to investigate with them on their return.
I will try to give you an update by the end of day 28th May. However, you will hear from me by end of day 29th May at the latest.

Thanks for replying @Satss
I've just checked, it's now intermittent
(but nothing here has changed, no browser updates etc)
I've just logged in and the billing tab loads the page (but now back with the 5 second delay, which is normal for me).
I'll keep an eye on it and see what it's like until 28/29th
