End of contract

Good Afternoon,

My broadband package is coming to an end on 21st October. Can you let me know what the price per month if I renew? I am shopping around and have found a deal for £17.95 a month and want to know if there is any way you could match this?

Please can you bear in mind the issues I had when I first joined plusnet and the more recent billing issues I experienced as I am hoping for a competitive renewal price.

I'm afraid we can't provide offers via our community forums due to the frequent changing nature of what deals are available.

 

You'd need to give our customer options team a call to discuss a contract renewal.

They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
