End of contract

Hi, I live in social housing for the elderly and we have recently had lightning fibre installed here. I have had mostly a good run with Plusnet but will not be renewing my contract. The contract ends in march, is there anything I need to do?

thanks in advance

Re: End of contract

Yes, you need to cancel otherwise you will go onto a 'rolling' monthly subscription. There is a 30 day notice period.

Re: End of contract

Hi @Grip you'd just need to speak with our Customer Options Team to cancel with us. They can be reached on 0800 079 1133 or I can arrange for someone to give you a call if that's easier for you?

@adamwalker

Is that number additional to 0800 013 2632 for COTS or is it for a specific sub-set of enquiries?

Re: End of contract

It depends if you are moving your landline number away. If you transfer your landline away it will/should cancel your contract.
