End of contract

When I took my last 18-month contract out in November 2016, I got a very nice message which said:

New Package Price £21.49 (£8.50 after 18 months)

(see attached screenshot)

I discover now, that the contract has ended and my new monthly price is £22.99

How do I get my promised £8.50 package honoured?

I'd email Customer Services but it appears I can't, nor does there appear to be a way of raising a ticket any more.

John

Re: End of contract

Hi John.

I believe you've been in touch over Twitter about this.

I'm looking into this and I'll update you via your ticket shortly.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: End of contract

Thanks.

Have had usual weaselly responses.

also discovered the cunning way that Line Rental Saver effectively extends a contract as it is non-refundabvle after 2 week cooling off period.

hey ho.
