Why does PN make your end of contract date so difficult to find ?
This question arises time and time again and yet PN does nothing to rectify the situation
I appreciate its buried in your billing, but its far from prominent
Why not put it at the top of the "View Transactions" page is bold type
Searching for my own contract date I found it was renewed on 6/2/2017 with a further 9 months to run
What is most annoying I never received any notification of this renewal date ?
I had the same conversation with PN concerning the previous renewal date back in 2015 - that notification never materialised either
Failing twice to inform me, is more than a coincidence ?
With these pending rises by BT in Jan 2018, which surely will be closely followed by PN, I was hoping I could jump ship in the very near future
Now I am going to be well into 2018 before that opportunity arises
PN, buries the contract date and twice in my case, fails to inform me when its up for renewal
Excellent broadband service, but with Accounts:- far from impressed
Fixed! Go to the fix.

you are raising a problem which won't exist
if Plusnet raise the prices you have an automatic release from contract option after you are informed

Hi Oldjim is quite right you have 30days to leave from being told of an increase without penalty.
However you must give the reason for leaving is the price increase.
You may get the hard sell but if you want to leave stick to your guns.

Thanks for that, I had better prepare myself for Jan then, when PN will undoubtedly follow BT`s hike

Make sure you say that the reason you are leaving is because of the price increase
