Hello community,
Just checked my account and says joined 07 Dec '17.
We are on a 12 month contract but there were various issues with activation. (oh and there was a price rise of £1 which I did complain about and was never addressed but seems like this should have given a 30 day opt out clause at the time which we missed due to the lack of notification)
But without getting into another complaint rabbit hole - Can someone confirm that the 12mths is up on the 07Dec 18 and we can move with no charges from then.
Thanks.

Updated the ticket with a response.
So for anyone reading this with the vauge idea of giving you money
1) we signed up for a 12 month contract in December
2) Plusnet messed up the Fibre activation again and again so activation wasn't until March
3) Somehow despite being told we were on a new contract - I have an email from Plusnet saying they would revert back to the December contract
AND
4) somehow the original December order got changed to a 18 month contract.
So in short PN are saying we started with them in March (despite paying since them since December? strange that) and we can't leave until Sept 18
AVOID THESE COWBOYS. Looks like they've also restricted me from posting on FB.
