My plusnet fibre broadband contract ends on 16 April and i called plusnet a month back to discontinue after 16 April 2020. Since i am moving to another ISP I was told by plusnet customer care that new ISP will inform plusnet about cancellation or no further extension of contract.
I confirmed the same on twitter and can share the proof.
In my last bill I have been charged for service from 17th April to 24 April 2020 seperately. Even though my contract ends on 16th April why i am being charged?
Plus can you send me written confirmation email that my contract ends on 16th April and is not extended (as proof. Can no longer depend on word from customer care).
