Emails about unknown ticket.

Just received an email entitled "about your complaint" reference number 184618148. I don't have any tickets with this number, could somebody tell me what this is,

It looks like it was your complaints handler Anoush replying to a ticket on one of the accounts. He has since updated your newer account here with further information.

It looks like ticket 184618148 is referring to the support ticket on your old account. I'll close that for you now so you shouldn't receive any further communication regarding that. Sorry about this.
