Emailed fibre broadband offer not showing when I go to upgrade via the portal

My broadband (Unlimited Fibre) contract is coming to an end on 3rd September 2020. 

I received an email from Plusnet with an offer of 18 months broadband and line rental for £22.99

When I log into my account to change product, this is not available. It comes up as £27.99
