Email says £18.38 but invoice says £15.74????

Just had my email notice of next payment which says:- "We'll soon be taking a payment of £18.38 for your service."

The corresponding invoice no, 00000282376-026 dated 02/06/20 says:- "Outstanding balance £15.74"

What's gone wrong?

What's gone wrong is that I managed to click on the sort by date column in Outlook. The first and last items in my mailbox are both from PlusNet re forthcoming payment but the one I was looking at was dated over 2 years ago 🤣 - MEA CULPA!!
