Email saying BTSport being cancelled but I've only had it 2 months. I did not request a cancellation

Emailed today to tell me my BTSport is being cancelled.

I have not requested it and have only been a customer for 2 months

up at 04:30 this morning 12hr shift and 45 minutes waiting in a phone queue as well as 45 minutes in a web chat queue simultaneously.

It is now 20:45 and I'm up at 04:30 again how the hell do I sort this I can't sit in a queue at work and the phonelines are taking forever at night.

Finally after a combined 2hrs on hold. I'd still love to know how I can cancel my contract 2 months into an 18 month deal and never actually contact you and have no notes on my file.

BT Sport isn't tied in to the 18 month contract, it is on a rolling monthly basis.

 

I unfortunately don't have an answer as to why it was cancelled, but there are notes from an advisor saying they cancelled it. I flagged this up for further investigation internally to try and find out why.
