Today I received an email containing the following.
You may have noticed that your recent bills have been a little different than you expected – the reason for this is that your discount wasn't quite right. We've spotted the error and have fixed it, which means on your next bill you'll see this discount removed, and a new, correct one, added in its place
Thing is my discount has been correct so I am a little puzzled at this and also there is no record of the email in the questions on my account.
Is this email valid and correct?

This is an email we are sending to all customers that have experienced an issue with the discounts apply correctly on the account. By the sounds of it our customer support have already corrected yours a head of time.
Please just disregard this email.
Can you PM me your account username and I will take a look at your account.
