Our standard broadband contract is due to expire on 12th June and I have received an email offering the chance to renew on a new 18month contract for £19.99 per month or upgrade to fibre for £23.99 per month on a 12 month contract.
There are links for both offers within the email. The standard brodband renewal link works ok but the fibre upgrade link just takes me to a page to log in to the account and if I want to upgrade to fibre from there the cost is £35.98 per month.
If possible I would like to take up the upgrade offer so could someone please advise as to why this link isn't working for me.
