Email address of customer service would resolve an awful lot

Before I email the CEO Jamie Ford (jamie.ford@plus.net) as losing the will to live frankly. Does anyone have a direct email address of customer service in particular billing / finance.

Just call support, they usually sort most issues over the phone.

 

Other than that use the complaint process.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

 This the issue, I get a ticket raised they reply with vague nonsense and you cant have a meaningful conversation to resolve 

Never known a company that hides away so much 

CEO email it is then, at this rate i will need to invoice him for my admin time

AFAIK Plusnet no longer has a CEO - they are just a division withing BT Consumer Group.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Frightening how many of those listed think being a "director" is a real "occupation".  Only one of the 40+ listed names has "engineering" as part of their occupation description, which in a technology engineering industry is really shocking.  But, oh so typical though, that those in charge of management have no relevant experience in what they are tasked with managing.

Those with "financial" in their title are (unfortunately) an essential role in all businesses and can be excused for the above observation!

Shame that so many of the listed names are from BT rather than home grown within the business, or elsewhere within the industry.
