Email address for Plusnet?

I'm autistic and I'm unable to make a call to the customer services helpline and do not have twitter (X). Does anyone have an email address I can contact someone on please? Its regarding my latest bill. Any help would be most appreciated, thank you.

@Bonwicke Unfortunately, there is no email contact for Plusnet - never has been. Hopefully, one of the PN  Help team on here will pick this up and create a 'ticket' which will help to resolve your problem.

Hopefully a staff member will pick up on this thread.

In the meantime, have you registered with PN as a "vulnerable person"? If not, this can be done online by logging into your Member's page, choose Manage my Account and then Additional Support.
