Eight hours until MAC key expires. Help!

Hi,
I paid over £150 by c/c on 12/02/2014
Chased on 25th, guy took details, call cut off.
Redialled, call cut off before anyone answered.
Gave up. Raised a problem report online.
Time's running out on my MAC transfer, just hours left, (Expiry date 27/02/2014 20:08:54) why's this taking so long?

I'm really sorry for the delay in your order being placed. I can confirm that Ticket: 81851392 has now been updated and your migration date confirmed on there. We'll continue to monitor this as you mentioned that the MAC is due to expire today so in case there are any problems with this we'll pick this up and update you on the ticket.
