I received an account review email from Plusnet telling me that I can leave before the end of my current contract without paying any early termination fees (due to their upcoming price increases I believe). I have therefore arranged to transfer to a new provider in more than 14 days time, however I have now received an email from Plusnet saying that I will owe an early termination fee!!
The chat function seems have been ended and I have spent all afternoon trying to get through on the phone... can anyone help with this?
