I'm buying my first house and should be in mid-December if not sooner. As far as I'm aware the BT line hasn't been active since April. My contract ends April next year.
I've looked at the guide for calculating early termination charges but there still seems to be the unknown of what Plusnet's cost saved will be? Also will I have to pay an activation fee at the new house?
I'm trying to work out whether it's actually cheaper to cancel bearing in mine Virgin provide a 3x faster service at the new property for the same price I pay now with only a £35 installation fee.
