Hi
I'm leaving plusnet as I am moving and the place I am moving to already has broadband.
I cancelled by writing in and visited my 'ticket' earlier today to see follow up.
I have an early termination charge of about £80. Anyone know if it will just be taken as a direct debit or will I get an email or something?
(Cancellation of services not taking effect until early next week).

Hi there,
Early termination fees will be part of a final bill that’s generated within 21 days of an account closing. If you have active payment details on your account we’ll email you when we’ve generated the bill and we’ll take the payment automatically.
If there are no active payment details when we generate the final bill, we’ll email to let you know the payment’s failed and you’d be able to pay it online by card at http://www.plus.net/pay
I hope this helps.
