Anyway to find out how much it would cost to cancel now? Currently paying £38 for unlimited fibre extra and my contract runs out in August 2023 so in 9 months and will jump to £48 which I'm definitely not paying for
It will be far cheaper if you are approaching your contract end date to ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and negotiate a new contract. As well as reducing the cost, if you ask they will send you a new Hub Two router for the P&P charge.
