Early change to new product

Hello,
I have today opted to change my broadband and phone package and the change is due to happen on 29th June. I am at the limit of my broadband usage for my existing package. Is it possible for my new package/billing cycle to start with immediate effect? Thanks. Matt

Happy to take a look for you, but your forum account points back to your old Metronet account - any chance you could post a ticket ID or PM me your username for the account you've submitted the upgrade for? I'll be able to take a look then.

Hi there,
Thanks for the PM, the account change has been done for you on the broadband side. The phone change you have scheduled will take place on your next billing date though, hope that's alright?
