I recently moved address and paid my final outstanding bill using plusnet online service for £93 I paid this online and the amount left my bank so I assumed it paid. I have now been charged nearly 200 quid including early termination charge for none payment a month later.. I have raised this issue with plusnet and sent proof and nobody has called me so I'm writing on here to warn people that some of these online payments are not received or show on plusnet account. It's impossible to phone plusnet unless your willing to wait on hold hearly an hour. I need some human for customer service to help me find issue as it's making me anxious feeling helpness not being able to speak to customer service.
