Early Termination Charge

If I'm still within contract how does it work if I want to switch to another provider? Do I just go through the signup/switching process (with the new provider) and then PN will issue me with the early termination charge or is there something that stops me from switching (without phone calls etc) whilst still in contract?

We're not allowed to stop you from switching, so if you did leave you'd need to contact your new provider and ask them to transfer the line. Once this has completed we'd work out the remaining fees and get in touch.
