Early Migration

Is it possible to see if a migration has gone though a day early?
One of our lines due to be migrated tommorow has died. The mode has changed from ADSL2+ to G.DMT.
New Details produce a PPP Incorrect Username and Password on our router.

Just in case the line can't be identified from the Forum Account can you post a ticket number from the account associated with the line
