Early Cancellation fees

I've had a good look but couldn't find any clear info on this but what fees am I likely to have to pay for cancelling in the first 12 months?
I joined PN in early April 10, I initially opted for the free router but canceled it before it was dispatched and was credited with the £6.99. Unfortunately the service and more importantly customer service here is just not acceptable and it seems the only way for me to fix my problem is migrate away.

Re: Early Cancellation fees

As a first check look here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary and anything which is activated other than the cessation charge is probably required to be paid

Re: Early Cancellation fees

Just to go into a little more detail this can mean things like deferred activation fees or deferred hardware costs if applicable. However this should be details on the account summary page.
