ERROR: The account has no invoice in Failed Billing

Hi,

I'm getting the following message appearing whilst browsing the web (some of the main sites are fine, but most are coming up with this error).

"The account has no invoice in Failed Billing
For help or further information, please contact us online.
© Plusnet plc All Rights Reserved. E&OE"

I've checked and the account used for billing has more than adequate funds in and has been paid up to date with no problems whatsoever. Can someone look into this for me please? Paying for a service I can't use isn't ideal, especially when working from home.

P.S. I've turned the router off for a good amount of time before turning back on and it hasn't rectified the problem.

I've disabled and re-enabled your account which should fix this.
