ERROR: The account has no invoice in Failed Billing

When trying to access some webpages I keep getting the above at this address

http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed

My direct debit payment left my bank account today and my plusnet account simply says payment is pending. 

It's variable when it happens but very frustrating. 

I have been experiencing very intermittent fibre broadband in recent weeks if that is of relevance

So odd, I searched but kept getting nothing or locked out but link you provided worked. I'll try turning it off overnight

You're welcome, I'm not sure why 65 minutes works but that is a proven remedy!

Won't know until home this evening -  but did turn router off for at least 65 min early this morning
