I did an online upgrade to fibre broadband this week. The first time I tried to make the payment for the router P&P the payment appeared to fail (and in fact I got an anti fraud SMS from my bank). I did the payment again and it went through the second time. However I have just discovered that the payment has been made twice ... and just checking my account on Plusnet there are two invoices. Please can you arrange to refund one? Thanks
P.S. I have also just realised how difficult it is to contact support on Plusnet ... only telephone contact - and a 45 minute wait time?!!!
