Downgrading from Unlimited Fibre Extra

My husband died 3 weeks ago and I can no longer afford my current contract which is Unlimited Fibre Extra. I'd like to downgrade but can't see on the website how to do this - I only get a £40 a month option when I click on the button to change my package.
