Downgrading broadband package

Morning guys,
Since it looks like I'm stuck at 43Mbps on my line I was looking to downgrade to the cheaper up to 40 service, but I can't see anywhere in my member centre to do it.
Am I just being blind or do I have to request this another way?

You need to call up for that, can't be done online

I may end up having to do the same, how did you get on with them? Were you in a contract when you contacted them?

It's likely that you'd be recontracted.
I would suggest contacting our Customer Options team on either 0800 013 2632 or  0330 123 9197 to see if they can offer you any deals.
There's no queue at the time of writing this.

Thanks for the advice. I'm only a couple of months into an 18 month contract so not expecting it to be straightforward. Going to give it some time to settle first and make sure there's nothing at my side that's responsible for the "slow" speeds (in quotes because I never thought I'd see the day where I considered 30mbps internet slow!)
