DAK, Can I downgrade my account for a couple of months (from Extra to Value), when does the downgrade take effect?
Is it just a case of switching using https://portal.plus.net/apps/account/change/3116807/Broadband ; then switch back later.
(I've work coming in that requires a quick turnaround and had to rent premises with faster braodband)

Hi Journeys,
The 'Product Change' page in the member centre is the way to go (make sure you complete it a few days before the billing date though as all package changes are done on your normal billing date).
Remember to check (and if necessary reset) your additional (usage) spend limit as I think this may return to default on a product change: https://portal.plus.net/data_transfer_watch/
BTW your link will not work for other users as I think it will be account specific, the generic link is http://portal.plus.net/upgrade_process.html?memberheader=upgrade

Hi journeys,
You can change product once a month without any worries, and as walker23 says it'll happen on your billing date. Switching and switching back when you're ready will be fine.
Hope that helps, any more questions please give's a shout.
