Downgrade Email

Just received email about "hich means you have been set-up on Unlimited Fibre Extra (66Mbps average download speed) rather than the Unlimited Fibre product (36Mbps average download speed)"

I was originally on 40:20 then when they withdrew that, moved to 55:10 - I am happy with 55:10 so do not want to change

We'd recommend removing your username from your initial post, for security purposes.
