Double payment for Line rental saver

When am I liable to get my refund for double payment taken from my account. Its been 13 Days now.

Why is this issue still persisting?

 

I see my October bill is now saying I still owe the line rental saver and some additional charges:-

 

Balance brought forward * £187.88

Failed Payment Fee £7.50

Call Bar Charge £5.76

 

And I still keep getting messages about service restriction and needing to pay.

When will this be fixed???? It's been over a month now.

Have you solved this problem yet or seen your Nov bill.

I'm being told it can only be resolved by paying again - bill then zero- and receiving a refund!

Haven't seen November bill yet but October direct debit took full line rental saver again and additional late payment fee and line blocker fee.
