Double Billed !!!

Is anyone else been billed for line rental after paying line saver up front?
I recently signed up with Plusnet (and starting to regret it). I've had one bill
And been charged line rental and had to contact them about it. My next bill that is due
also shows I'll be charged line rental..
After contacting PN I've been told they have a problem with their systems and just wanted to see
How many other unfortunate customer are having this problem.

There's a known issue that affects some customers, call customer services (again) and they should sort it out for you (though the refund will take a few days to hit your bank account).  You are not the first to post here with this issue but I think for most customers it works as it should (or there'd be a lot more posts about this).
If you search the forums you will find other examples.
I'm a bit disappointed that this seems to happen to some customers after the problem has been identified on their account though.
If the double charges cause you difficulty be sure to 'make a noise about it'.

Apologies that you were charged for you line rental after purchasing Line Rental Saver, I can see that you've been refunded this.
This has been rectified on your account so will not happen again.
