Don't want to leave

I got my MAC number and used it BUT changed my mind and cancelled the transfer which was due to be on Friday. I have raised a ticket but I am really worried that I will lose my PlusNet connection anyway but wont have a new provider and it will take ages to sort out Sad
Especially as I have just received notice that you intend to refund me the amount I would have overpaid if I left.

Re: Don't want to leave

Plusnet don't initiate the cancellation until they receive notification that the migration to the other supplier has completed.
The problem will be if you were migrating to someone like TalkTalk that they ignore your cancellation.

Re: Don't want to leave

It was to BT for the free Sport but I found out you have to pay £3 a month if you want it in HD.
I wouldn't have worried if I hadn't received the email about a refund.
I'll keep my fingers crossed then Smiley
