I have received several emails with the above title, when I follow the steps and logon I get this message.
"Great news, you've already completed your registration. To access BT Sport simply download the BT Sport app and log in using your BT ID." The BT app is working with no issues.
I did cancel the BT Sport app when there was no football and took the service again when football restarted. I am using the same BT ID as before.
Can someone please look into this and stop these emails?
Hi Dan I'm sorry to see you're getting these reminder emails when you've already got a BT ID setup.
I've raised this to our products team to investigate further and I'll provide an update within 5 working days.
