Does the contract for BB and phone start and finish together?

My contract runs out on 6.7.16. Now I'm not sure if that's for BB alone or phone as well. I paid upfront for line rental and that's supposed to end on 31.7.16. If for some reason I was to leave PN before 6.7.16, how would I stand with the line rental saver? Would I get the month's refund? Thanks.

Plusnet refuse to repay any Line Rental Saver if you leave.

Line rental saver is non-refundable, unless cancelled within 14 days after ordering it.
