Do not have PlusNet service - yet received a bill for £11.15. Refund needed.

I do not have a service with PlusNet. I did consider using PlusNet for broadband in 2019 however went with another provider. I have now been charged £11.15.
The £11.15 should be refunded and the account closed to prevent further errors.
Kindly advise.
