Do I need to let Sky know or not?

That I'm moving my phone and broadband to yourselves?
On the website it states under the "Switch to Plusnet" link that;

Quote

We'll contact your provider This is the easy part. Sit back, relax and leave it with us. We'll get in touch with your current provider and let you know when we've sorted out your switch date.

Yet in the members area where I presume its going to keep me updated regarding my order it says;

Quote

If you haven't already, you'll need to let your current broadband and phone provider know you're moving to us.

Hi there,
Sky will be notified that an order has been placed to move the service over, but if you're in a contract or anything it's best to notify them yourself so you can sort out any final payments. If you're not in any contracts though it should be fine to leave it.
