Do I need to inform Plusnet of Direct Debit cancellation after migration?

Hi
I have recently migrated from Plusnet to a supplier who can provide ADSL2+ on my exchange (LLU).
I provided card details for the final payment, apparently I am in credit!
I intend to cancel my direct debit for Plusnet at my bank. Technically I believe that I need to inform Plusnet of this as well.
Or is this implicit as a result of the migration?
If I do need to let Plusnet know, can someone advise how as I no longer have an login account with them.
P.S. I was pleased with the Plusnet service, but really did want adsl2+ which is not due for another another year through BT wholesale.
Thanks
Stephen

Hi, your direct debit will cancel when your account cancels. Any refunds will be returned via this method so I would not advise you to cancel. This will all be done for you.
