Discrepancy between quote in email and charge to bill

I took up an online offer of fixed price Line Only Unlimited Fibre Extra for 18 months, confirmed in an email 17th Dec 2019, but have since been charged £19.99 Line Rental and £15.99 Unlimited Fibre, for more than the quote. My account also does not seem to have been changed to Unlimited Fibre Extra. Can you help please?

Hi there, I'm really sorry about the incorrect billing. I'll make sure the pricing is corrected going forward. Would you prefer further credits or a refund for the over payments made so far?

I can also confirm you have been switched to our Unlimited Fibre Extra service.
