Discounts not applied

Sorry for posting this but chat never seems to be available... I negotiated a new contract for my mother in law, as I am an authorised account holder, and she was there when we did this. This was a couple of months ago, and she wanted to upgrade to fibre. We agreed on a deal that was acceptable but then told fibre was currently not available. We negotiated a contract for adsl in the interim for less. On looking at her bills, this discount has never been applied, yet a new contract started on 9th Oct. Can someone look into this for me. I can pm a member of staff both my account and my mother in law account names.

Hi mads.
Pm sent. It was sometime mid September call was made, as it couldn't be applied until the next billing date of the 9th October, in case you wanted to find the call.

Thanks for that. That's perfect. With regards to fibre, can she go onto a waiting list at all....
