Discounts not applied after contract renewel

I renewed my contract with Plusnet on the 9th April for £30.99 a month, for 12 months. 

My April bill came to £48.20 and May was billed at £54.39.

Secondly, I am also being billed twice a month, sometimes at the start of the month and often on the last day of the month.  I would only like one payment per month. 

The bill taken in April and May does not seem correct, and I think the new contract discount hasn't been applied correctly. 

When I try login to my Plusnet account, it tells me that an error has occurred and I can't change products for the moment, as I already have product change in progress. 

Please can someone contact me to rectify?

I suggest you ring Plusnet. Their advisers watch this forum when they can but a phone call may be quicker. This full charge is infuriating and happens all too often on renewal but the system should issue refund on your next payment.

This should apply if you renewed before expiry of your last contract, but if this contract had finished then you will have to pay that month's full out-of-contract price. A phone call should sort it out, goodness knows the poor advisers have to sort things often enough!
